Nishant Sarmukadam

After spending 22 years in the software industry developing and building products for companies like Amazon, BMC Software, and Marvell Semiconductors, I made the exciting transition into the food and beverage industry. My motivation? A deep desire to offer high-quality, responsibly made, and reliably sourced food and beverage selections. In today’s world, finding food truly free from preservatives, hidden additives, or artificial shelf-life enhancers is harder than it should be. We're unknowingly trading freshness for speed, mistaking instant deliveries for nutritious meals. Ethical Delights is my way of challenging that shift—by creating a movement, however small, against the rise of synthetic “convenience.” Instant ≠ Fresh. We simplify mornings by delivering freshly made, home-style foods and beverages on a subscription basis, helping households embrace calm, honest starts to their day. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of integrity, offering food with the same care we’d demand for our own families. Because ethical values aren’t just part of our name—they’re our foundation.

Amitkumar Patil

I built Ethical Delights with a simple mission—to create wholesome, reliable food experiences rooted in trust and transparency. Before this, I successfully exited Vedaaz Organics Pvt Ltd, where I pioneered A2 milk and introduced glass bottle deliveries with reverse logistics, serving 25,000+ customers across Pune and Mumbai. Prior to that, I led MindTrail Technologies, specializing in credit and finance products, and spent 15 years in IT, managing product development and operations for firms like Credit Suisse and BMC Software. Across all these ventures, one thing remained constant: a deep respect for systems that are intentional, ethical, and built to last. But it was during my time in the food industry that I saw how convenience was quietly replacing care—how preservatives, mass production, and speed were becoming the norm, even in our homes.

That’s when I knew I had to build something different.
